Christopher Atkins, aka ‘Mr. Chris’
Chris has been playing guitar for 24 years, and ten of them have been dedicated to weaving music with early childhood education— from preschool classrooms to mommy-and-me classes, and even big community shows!
Since his first class, Chris has developed a passion for bringing the joy of music to kids and families, and using that joy to educate. Working at a developmentally appropriate level, he strives to engage gross and fine motor movements, emotional awareness, and to just have a little fun playing and dancing around!
If you’re a parent or caregiver on the lookout for an engaging and educational group music experience for your child, Chris’s music enrichment class for kids will start your child on their musical journey!
Dates & Times
Toddler Music Classes with Mr. Chris take place every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM and 10:15 AM at the Perch Music & Arts Workshop in East Kensington, Philadelphia.
Class 1: Saturdays, 9:30 - 10 am
Class 2: Saturdays, 10:15 - 10:45 am
